Order Processing & Crafting Time

  • Order Confirmation & Crafting: Within 48 hours of your order placement, our dedicated process begins. This is when the energy of your piece is set.
  • Order Modifications: Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@vva-jewelry.com within this 48-hour window. Beyond this, as production commences, changes may not be possible

     

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing & Handcrafted Time: As each piece is meticulously handmade to order, please allow 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for our artisans to perfect your piece before shipment.
  • Shipping & Express Transit Time: Once ready, your order is dispatched via fully insured worldwide express shipping. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your destination.
  • Total Delivery Time: Combined, the total estimated time from purchase to your receipt is 17 to 19 business days.
  • Potential for Delays: Please note that during holiday seasons or due to high order volumes, crafting times may extend. Shipping times can also be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather and carrier delays.

 

Shipment Destination & Free Shipping

  • We are proud to offer Free Shipping to US & Worldwide on all orders. We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries and regions worldwide. However, we are currently unable to deliver to Azerbaijan, Egypt, Pakistan, and Lebanon. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Email Notifications: After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your piece is completed and has begun its journey, we will send a second email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor its path to you.
  • Tracking Your Order: To inquire about your order status, please have your order number and account email ready. You can also contact us directly at info@vva-jewelry.com for assistance.

 

Important Information for a Smooth Delivery

  • International Customs & Import Duties: All Taxes & Duties are Included in the prices shown on our website. For orders shipped to the United States and worldwide, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will NOT be charged any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.
  • Mobile Number for Delivery: To ensure a successful delivery, we strongly recommend providing your mobile number during checkout. This allows the courier to contact you if needed. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts due to a missing or incorrect phone number.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
