Cancellations & Returns Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
We want you to love your uniquely crafted piece. To honor the care and intention behind each order while ensuring fairness, we have established the following policies. Please note that as each item is made-to-order and 100% handmade for you, we incur material and craftsmanship costs once production begins.
Returns & Refunds Overview
We offer a 30-day return service for non-custom items. A 30% restocking fee may apply to cancellations after the 48-hour grace period or returns for non-quality issues, which helps cover the dedicated craftsmanship and sourcing costs already invested in your order.
1. Order Cancellation Within 48 Hours (Full Refund)
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, as we typically begin the confirmation and production process after this window.
2. Order Cancellation After 48 Hours (70% Refund)
If you cancel your order after 48 hours, production has likely commenced. In this case, we will deduct a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee from the order amount (Rush Order and Shipping Fees, if applicable, will be refunded).
3. Returns After Shipment or Receipt

Returns for Non-Quality Issues: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than quality (e.g., personal preference), we will deduct a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee (Rush Order and Shipping Fees are non-refundable). The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item in its original condition.
- Returns for Quality Issues: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos). We will gladly assist with a warranty service. If a return is still preferred, we will process a refund without the 30% deduction upon receipt and verification of the issue. Return shipping in this case is on us.
Defining Quality Issues
To ensure clarity, quality issues refer to:
- Significant defects in metal or craftsmanship (e.g., broken prongs, broken ring bands, stones falling out).
- A substantial difference between the product received and the item ordered.
Non-Quality Issues (Personal Preference)
Non-quality issues, for which the 30% fee may apply, include but are not limited to:
- Personal dislike of the product, stone pattern/color, gemstone shape, or the item's appearance in person.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.
- Variations inherent in special stones (e.g., unique patterns) or the item's perceived size differing from expectations.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- For returns due to consumer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to our errors (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange to ensure fairness, as they are uniquely crafted for you :
1.Customized Products: Including any engraving, custom designs, custom accent stones, or modifications based on your personalized requests.
2.Specific Materials/Stones: Solid 950 Platinum items and lab-grown diamonds.
3.Quality Issues from Human Factors.
4.Orders shipped outside the US and Canada.
5.Items that have undergone repairs not performed by us.
The Return Process

2.Return Shipment: If you have the product, we will provide a return address. After you ship it, please send us the tracking number.
3.Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your jewelry. To ensure your piece is a perfect match for your energy and style, we offer a 30-day exchange service.
1. Exchanges Before Shipment (Pre-Delivery)
Before your order ships, we understand that you might want to make adjustments. We are happy to assist with the following services free of charge:
- Resizing (Please note that some ring designs cannot be resized due to their intricate craftsmanship).
- Adding a complimentary engraving.(Please note: All engraved pieces are considered custom and are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.)
- Replacing the center stone with a gemstone of the same type, size, and price.
(An additional $150 material fee will be charged for any modifications requested after the product's completion.)
2. Exchanges After Receiving Your Order
For Quality-Related Issues:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a verified manufacturing defect or a significant error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue unconditionally and cover all associated costs, including shipping .
For Exchanges Based on Personal Preference (Change of Heart):
We recognize that sometimes a piece might not resonate with you as expected. In such cases, you can exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. To help cover the restocking and dedicated craftsmanship costs for your made-to-order piece, a 30% exchange fee (based on the original product price) will be applied. This fee is separate from any costs for additional modifications you may request for the new item .
3. The Simple Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Our team will confirm the details and provide an invoice for the applicable exchange fee.
- Step 3: After the fee is paid, we will provide instructions for returning the original item to us. Please ensure it is in its original, unworn condition.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin crafting your new piece!
Warranty Policy
Our Promise: Wear with Confidence
We offer a One-Year Free Warranty on all our jewelry, commencing from the date you receive your order. This warranty covers quality issues related to materials and craftsmanship that arise within one year of purchase, ensuring you receive a piece worthy of your trust .
1. What Is Covered
This warranty includes repairs for the following manufacturing defects under normal use :
- Stones falling out, broken prongs, or loose stones caused by non-artificial factors .
2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, neglect, improper care, or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to :
- Exposure to Chemicals: Discoloration of precious metals caused by contact with chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics, chlorinated water (e.g., in pools or hot tubs), lotions, hairspray, or due to acidic skin pH.
- Loss or Theft: Loss, theft, or misplacement of the entire piece, individual gemstones, or the ring itself.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage due to daily wear, such as bent or worn-down prongs, scratches, dents, nicks on the metal, or resulting gemstone loss. Please note that all fine jewelry is subject to aging and wear, especially rings, as hands are used actively every day.
- Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications: Any damage caused by repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by anyone other than our brand or authorized service providers.
- Natural Oxidation: Tarnishing (oxidation) of metals over time. The rate of tarnishing can accelerate if exposed to certain substances or environments.
- Natural Material Characteristics: Slight variations inherent in handmade items, natural inclusions in colored gemstones, or unique stone patterns. These are not defects but part of the stone's natural character and beauty.
3. Warranty Service Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. Have your order information and a detailed description of the issue ready. Our experts will guide you through the next steps, which may include inspection and repair or replacement if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect .
4. Extended Warranty Service
References to "3-year" or "5-year warranty" services indicate an Extended Warranty . These are service contracts that provide coverage beyond the standard one-year period, often at an additional cost.
Ring Resizing Service
We want your jewelry to fit perfectly. That’s why we offer a 90-day complimentary resizing service on most of our rings.
To ensure the best fit, we highly recommend accurately measuring your ring size before placing your order. Our dedicated customer service team is also here to assist you with sizing guidance if needed.
Resizing Guidelines & Limitations
Please note that the structural integrity of a ring is paramount. To preserve the durability and setting of your ring, eligible rings can be safely enlarged or reduced by a maximum of one full ring size. Resizing beyond this limit can compromise the ring's structure and may make the stones along the band more prone to loosening in the future.
Resizing More Than One Size
If your required size adjustment is greater than one full size, we strongly advise against standard resizing. For the longevity and safety of your piece, we recommend having the ring remade. In such cases, a remaking fee of 30% of the original order value will apply to cover the additional craftsmanship and materials.
If You Ordered the Wrong Size
We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be challenging. If you discover the size is incorrect after receipt, you are always welcome to have it resized locally by a skilled jeweler, as most of our rings are suitable for such adjustments. However, if you are unable to find a local solution or prefer us to handle it, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to help.
Rings That Cannot Be Resized
For technical and design reasons, the following types of rings are generally not eligible for resizing:
- Rings with a full pavé setting of stones.
- Rings made from 950 Platinum.
- Any ring that requires a size change of more than one full size.
Important Condition for Service
To be eligible for our resizing service, the ring must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition, without any scratches, damage, or signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse the service or return if the item does not meet these conditions.
