If any item doesn't resonate with you, please reach out within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. For all inquiries, email us at info@vva-jewelry.com.

Cancellations & Returns

Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund available.
After 48 hours: A 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee will be deducted, as production has likely commenced.
Returns for non-quality issues: A 30% restocking fee applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our address. Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the item in original condition.
Returns for quality issues: Contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos/videos. If confirmed, we'll cover return shipping and waive the 30% fee.

Exchange Policy

Before shipment: Free resizing, engraving, or same-type center stone replacement.
After receipt (quality issue): We resolve unconditionally and cover all costs including return shipping.
After receipt (personal preference): 30% exchange fee applies within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to our address is at the customer's expense.

Ring Resizing

We offer a 90-day complimentary resizing service on most rings, up to one full ring size up or down. Resizing beyond one full size requires remaking at a 30% fee. Rings with full pavé settings or Platinum 950 cannot be resized.
